Purpose and scope
We use your name, email, phone, dates, number of guests, children’s ages and message to respond to your enquiry and discuss your stay. Please do not include sensitive information. The form acknowledgement confirms that you have read this notice.
Legal basis and retention
We process enquiries at your request before entering a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). Security logs are processed on the basis of legitimate interests. Active enquiries are retained while being handled. Rejected and archived enquiries are automatically deleted 365 days after their last update, once the planned departure has passed. Statutory duties for completed stays may require longer retention.
Recipients and services
Data is available to the operator and contracted hosting and email providers as needed to provide the service. We do not sell data or make automated decisions. External booking platforms have their own policies. Google Maps loads only at your request.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may lodge a complaint with the Slovak Office for Personal Data Protection.
Cookies
We use only an essential session cookie for form security and administration login. There are no analytics or advertising cookies. Your language choice is part of the page URL, so no optional-cookie consent banner is required.
